Beltane Cauldron Candle
Beltane Cauldron Candle
Fire, flowers, fertility. The Earth is in full bloom and faerie trickery is afoot. This is the energy of Beltane.
Beltane (Bealtane or May Day) occurs April 30-May 1, marking the beginning of the Celtic Summer and the light half of the year. The energies of nature, abundance, and fertility are potent. This ancient fire festival 🔥 is a time for growth, love and pleasure. Directly opposite Samhain on the Wheel of the Year, Beltane is also a time when the “veil” is thin, when we are closest to the spirit world, especially nature spirits and mischievous faerie folk.
The scent is a blend of sun-kissed honeysuckle, just-blooming roses, and low-burning embers from a sacred Beltane bonfire. Topped with a green aventurine crystal for healing, attracting abundance, and connecting to the natural world and labradorite (only in large), the stone of magick, for enhancing intuition, personal power, and connection to the spirit realms. Accompanying these larger crystals are chips of carnelian for creativity and pleasure and peridot for personal transformation. Sprinkled with a dash of biodegradable glitter to honor faerie magick, cornflowers for fertility and optimism, rose petals for deep healing and self-love, and hawthorn leaves and petals which have been used in Beltane celebrations for centuries.
