About

Hey cutie, I'm Sami

Scorpio Rising | Gemini Sun | Taurus Moon

A few things came together to form the foundations for Magick & Moxie. First, I always joke that because I'm a Gemini, I naturally have multiple businesses. (I also make vegan & natural skincare at florapothecarie and I'm a branding & marketing consultant).

I also really wanted to wear more witchy clothes and as much as I'd like to think I can totally rock the Stevie Nicks look, I'm a pretty casual dresser on the regular and I like simple graphic t-shirts and jeans (or pajama pants) most days. So I designed my own line of witchy tees.

After decades of studying the Divine Feminine in religions and spiritual practices across the globe and attending life-changing Goddess Circles, I wanted to bring what I've learned to my own community of women who have often felt disconnected or disempowered by modern religion, social distancing, and, oh yeah, the patriarchy. Enter: my in-person Goddess Gatherings and healing circles.

At its core, Magick & Moxie is a place for embracing our own power and magick. I truly believe I'm here to heal the Divine Feminine within us all, regardless of your gender identity. I hope to inspire you with empowering t-shirts, in-person gatherings, online teachings, astrological counseling, and natural, ethical self-care goods.

Blessed be, babe.

  • I'm also a mom.

Milo is my favorite creation. And I've made A LOT of things, you guys. He's hilarious, spunky, and has inherited my eyes, energy, and absolute deviousness. I love him more than I ever thought it would be possible to love.

  • I really like dogs!

My first baby boy, Appa, a corgi-chihuaha crossed the rainbow bridge in 2025. Then, my husband and I adopted Moki, a Australian Cattle Dog-Terrier and Coco, a Chocolate Lab-Australian Shepherd. I guess we like Aussies? We also have a half-wild tortoiseshell cat appropriately named Willow (see next column).

  • My obsessions:

    • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
    • Avatar: The Last Airbender
    • Scavenger hunts
    • Popcorn & chocolate
    • Well-written fantasy books
    • Bubble baths
    • Herbal tea
    • Renaissance faires
    • Halloween
    • ... Any excuse to dress up
