Payment
Rest assured, your order and payment information is secure and protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Through Shopify, PayPal, and ApplePay we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Connecticut.
Coupon Policy
Coupons are eligible for full-priced products only. Coupons cannot be stacked or combined.
Print On Demand
All clothing is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful, sustainable purchasing decisions!
Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders will be delivered within 7 days, but some may take up to 10-13 days to be delivered to you.
Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
For on-demand print products (t-shirts, onesies, etc.), once your order has been received and payment processed, it will be printed especially for you. Most orders will be delivered within 7 days, but some may take up to 10-13 days to be delivered to you. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
For products that are not print-on-demand, they will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days. We generally fulfill these orders Monday - Thursday.
Priority Shipping: Choosing priority shipping at checkout will expedite the process of delivering your order, but it will not imply a rush processing of fulfillment. If you choose to select priority shipping at checkout, your order will still be fulfilled and shipped within a normal processing time.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of on-demand printing, all clothing items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you have received a damaged or defective product, the wrong item (size/color/product), or any problems with the print quality, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery of the product, with pictures, so that we can quickly file a claim through our print partner and proceed with a replacement or refund following review of the photos.
